We are looking for a full-time Audio Visual Production Manager with at least 5 years of experience in the audio-visual and Live Events industry. This role will be located onsite at the St. Regis Longboat Key Resort.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare, specify, and coordinate equipment and labor work orders for the event.
- Organize R2 documents for client orders and track equipment usage.
- Negotiates with vendors in INSPIRE’s best interest.
- On-site coordination of load-ins, setup, strikes, and load-outs.
- Capable of working independently with minimal assistance in facilitating the design, logistics, and planning of events, yet as part of a team for the final implementation.
- Aid in sustaining INSPIRE’s quality standards and profitability.
- Demonstrate evidence of organization and answerability in position.
- Assist the company in strategies for a safe and green working environment.
- Other duties as assigned.
Required Experience, Skills, & Qualities:
- A College Degree is preferred but will consider equivalent work experience.
- Minimum of 5 years of combined industry experience in two of these four areas: Technical Direction, Production Designer, Account Executive, Sr. Lead Technician
- Light rigging experience is required
- Demonstrate and encourage the job mission to clients and other INSPIRE team members.
- Must be able to work nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Ability to interact seamlessly with both sales and operation team members.
- Ability to interact with clients on-site in the absence of an Account Executive.
- Required demonstrable knowledge of Vector Works and/or CAD (experience preferred but will consider similar experience).
- Excellence in customer service, organization, problem-solving, and enthusiasm by articulating ideas, concepts, and directions clearly and concisely organizer while maintaining an approachable demeanor.
- Maintain grooming to company standards and to the standards of our clients.
- Must be able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds as needed.
- Shows potential in creative and financial skills necessary for career advancement.
