Systems Administrator

INSPIRE seeks a System Administrator to work on our Technology team located in Buffalo, NY to maintain INSPIRE’s Cloud infrastructure.

Responsibilities/Skills:

  • Responsible for handling and maintaining day-to-day information technology (IT) operations for the organization.
  • Provides end-user systems and software support, provides technical assistance, and resolves issues for all operating systems in-person and remote over the phone, or through remote access.
  • Collaborate with IT Teams: Cloud administrators work closely with other IT teams, including developers, operations and security teams. They collaborate with everyone to ensure that cloud-based infrastructure meets the organization’s requirements and can support its goals.
  • Communicate and cooperate with supervisors and coworkers.
  • Must be detail oriented and quality driven.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information technology, or other equivalent degree/experience.
  • Proven experience as a system administrator
  • Experience with Amazon Web Services (AWS)
  • Working knowledge of IT ticketing systems (ManageEngine, etc.)
  • Working knowledge of Cloud Identify Providers (OKTA, etc.)
  • Strong oral and written communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong individual contribution and effective team contributor.

Nice to have: AWS Certification

Pay Range: $80,000-$100,000
